Monkey Kidz International Preschool – Daily Guidelines for Parents & Students

To ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool and the well-being of all students, the following daily rules must be followed strictly by every parent/guardian:

1. School Timing

Regular school hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
Kindly ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.

2. Proper Attire

Children must come in clean clothes and wear socks every day.
Ensure your child is dressed comfortably for ease of movement and play

3. Diapers (For Children Under 4 Years)

Children below the age of 4 must wear diapers to school.
An extra diaper must be packed daily in the child’s bag.

4. Labeling of Belongings

All personal items including school bag, water bottle, tiffin box, and clothing must be clearly labeled with the child’s full name.

5. Food & Nutrition

The school does not provide food or milk.
Parents must send nutritious and easy-to-eat food/milk in the child’s tiffin box every day.

6. Personal Hygiene

Children must have their nails trimmed regularly.
Hair should be clean and neatly trimmed at all times.

7. Restricted Campus Access

Parents and guardians are not permitted to enter the school premises at any time, other than during scheduled meetings or events as informed by the school.

8. Illness Policy

If your child is feeling unwell, vomiting, or showing signs of infection (fever, cough, etc.), please do not send them to school.
The school reserves the right to send the child home if symptoms are noticed during school hours.

9. Communication Protocol

All communication with the school must be done via official channels (school WhatsApp number, mobile app, calls during designated hours, or in writing).
No direct approach to teachers during class hours is allowed.

10. No Toys or Valuables

Children should not carry toys, expensive accessories, or electronic items to school.
The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
